Connie is in her 20th year at the Jardine Apartment Complex, where she enjoys helping residents feel at home. In addition to coordinating all of the day-to-day functions of the office, Connie is a fabulous resource for staff and residents alike, and has truly poured herself into making Jardine a community ofexcellence. When she is not at the "J", Connie is busy caring for her children and grandchildren who live in the Flint Hills and Ohio, and spending time camping with her husband Lowell.

Christine Feit is excited to be a part of the Kansas State University family and feels privileged to be working with theresidents and staff of Jardine. Christine’s responsibilities include supervising the Assistant Coordinators and Resident Assistant of the Denison Neighborhood and working with the Residents’ Council. Her favorite thing about Jardine is the family friendly atmosphere of the community. In her free time, Christine enjoys working out at the rec, enjoying outdoor activities, and reading. She also enjoys traveling with her husband to visit family and friends throughout the United States.
Hello, my name is Mofolorunso Tolulope Akande (but you can call me Tolu!). I am a staff member in the Denison Neighborhood and love serving the staff and people here at the "J". I enjoy meeting new people, learning new languages and traveling. I received my undergraduate degree in Radio and Television from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and will be pursuing a graduate degree in International Relations. I am blessed to be in the midst of such a diverse community and really enjoy living at Jardine. (Big-ups to my Denison Neighborhood Family!)

Samer Shaur Ali hails from Pakistan and has begun his first year on staff at Jardine. He is excited to be part of our dynamic

Drew is 20 years old and a transfer student from Allen County Community College. This is his first year at Jardine and K-State, and he is very excited to be joining the Jardine team. Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Drew is a little competitive and likes to play sports as well as almost any game. Drew loves animals and has three dogs, two cats, seven reptiles, and eight fish at home in Topeka. Video games and interacting with people are things Drew looks forward to this upcoming year.

Shawn Ryan is thrilled to be working in the West End as an Assistant Coordinator. Born a few blocks from Fenway Park and raised in Boston, Shawn served in the U.S. Air Force after high school, and then graduated to Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor\\\'s in Secondary Education. After graduation, Shawn joined the Peace Corps and taught English in the Republic of Moldova. Now that he\\\'s back in the U.S., Shawn couldn\\\'t be happier to reunite with the Big XII and attend K-State. In his free time, Shawn likes to exercise, spend time with friends, and listen to traditional Irish music.
Mandy Gramkow-Assistant Coordinator for Apartment LivingMandy is very excited about serving as an Assistant Coordinator for the West End Neighborhood. She is in her second year of graduate school pursuing a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel Services – Administration. Mandy received her Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Communications and Journalism from K-State in December 2005.

Maggie Fisher- Resident AssistantMaggie is starting her senior year at K-State and her second year at jardine. She is excited to meet even more people in this diverse atmosphere. Maggie is majoring in Elementary Education with a concentration in ESL and Social Sciences. Since she loves kids so much, Maggie has been involved in numberous events with kids here at Jardine including Tutoring, Playgroup, and Summer Reading Program. Originally from Prairie Village, Kansas, Maggie likes to run, scrapbook, and watch movies in her spare time. She looks forward to another exciting year here in Jardine!

Jonah is a Senior in Horticulture, with an emphasis in Landscape Design. Originally from Kansas City, KS, Jonah got married this summer to the love of his life, Andrea, who he has known since sixth grade. Jonah and Andrea are excited to be part of the Jardine community, as they love to meet people and get involved. In his free time, Jonah lokes to play soccer, basketball and being in the great outdoors.
Deborah Kohl - Coordinator for Community DevelopmentDeborah has just begun her eighth year at the Jardine Apartment Complex, and sixth year in the position of CCD. As a graduate student she fell in love with the Jardine community, and as the redevelopment project has unfolded it has been a huge blessing for her to serve the residents and staff in transition. Deborah came to the complex to finish her M.S. in English Education following two and a half years as a high school English teacher, and on occasion still dreams of teaching Romeo & Juliet and To Kill A Mockingbird. A mother of four children (Zane, Ezekiel, Tirzah Joy, and Ezra who will be arriving this September ), and wife to Ben, Deborah finds plenty to keep herself busy. The Kohl family loves to put on the purple and attend football and basketball games—as well as many of the other events in the Manhattan community—and are proud to make the “Little Apple” home.
