Living at Moore Hall

Welcome To Moore Hall! We are glad to have you here!

Moore is a coeducational hall which houses 633 men and women amongst 9 floors including two Academic Cluster floors for Business Administration and Leadership. Amenities within the hall include a 24-hour Front Desk/convenience store, computer lab, laundry facilities, music room, TV room, game tables, study rooms and an exercise/weight room.

Our two academic cluster floors have increased connections with the Faculty of their programs and are great opportunities to get more out of your K-State experience!

If you are new to K-State and Moore hall we have an informative letter for you about the building and rooms that you can download here.

Meet the Staff:

We have a great group of RAMA staff members next year! For those of you that are not yet familiar with K-State lingo RAMA stands for Resident Assistant and Multicultural Assistant. Each building will have one Multicultural Assistant (MA) responsible for diversity and community building within the hall and multiple Resident Assistants (RA).

If you want a great K-State Experience Moore Hall is where its at. We are the biggest residence hall on campus and can offer an amazing experience with so many different people! Moore Hall is a happening place, it's no wonder we won the Program of the Year with our Masquerade Ball!

We made a message for Haymaker hall and the rest of K-State Campus!

Here is another one that shows what Moore Hall is really about...
Having a GREAT TIME!!!

Our fantastic front desk complete with 24 hour convenience store (Just off camera to the left)

The lovely ladies of the RAMA Staff getting ready to paint the town red during the staff formal!

Our beginning of the year BBQ! Such a delicious and fun way to start the school year!

There were plenty of people, plenty of food, and plenty of great music.

It makes me hungry just thinking about all that food! This year we will be joined by West Hall as well!

Moore Hall residents hanging out behind the building at our basketball courts.

Even after they have had their fill of great food everyone stayed to listen to the music DJ'ed by our own HGB and start up some frisbee.

We do have a great time in Moore Hall with all of the programs we put on, but we also know how to study hard! We have study rooms on every floor.

We had a week long competition between the floors ending with Penny Wars! There were even more pennies in the office that would not fit out here.

Counting all of the pennies to decide the winning floor. The pennies all equal positive points while anything else is negative points.

All of the proceeds went to local Humane Society. They brought some animals for the residents to play with and we surprised them with this giant check.

For homecoming we were paired up with some of the other halls and represented with our Bewitched theme for Pant the Chant!

Moore Hall residents about to scream their lungs out for Pant the Chant!

We give back to the community with programs like the Trick or Treat where we let children come collect candy and play games in Moore Hall.

Moore Hall is a great place to live. You get a K-State Experience that you cannot get anywhere else. Moore Hall does it right. Welcome to the Family!
